CAD dwg drawing of a Timber Load Bearing Wall Frame with Door Opening Detail. Full elevation view and cross section of a timber wall frame  with a void opening for a single door to support either a second floor or a flat roof. Door opening lintel is supporting the timber studs up to the second floor runner beam.

Shown in this detail are the bottom and top runner beams, timber wall stud at fixed intervals braced at 1/3 of their height for lateral buckling, floor beams supported on top, door opening lintel support as well as diagonal bracing for lateral loading. The detail also includes fixing onto the concrete foundation.
