STRUCTURAL DETAILS

Every product purchased comes in 3 different file formats ( .dwg, .dxf and pdf ). When a product is downloaded you will get a single zip file that contains the 3 file formats for each detail. All you need to do is unzip it.

To open the drawings, you can use any CAD ( computer aided design ) software to open the .dwg and .dxf files. The pdf file can be opened with almost any application or software that can handle pdf formats.

All drawings were prepared as a CAD version 2007 format. Therefore, any version from 2007 and up can open the files.

REVIT FAMILIES

You will download a zip file containing the .rfa family file. This can only be opened with REVIT 2022 and up.

Revit is not backwards compatible and you will not be able to use the families with an earlier / older version of revit.

EXCEL TEMPLATES

To open and use the excel templates you will need to have Microsoft Excel installed. Either with Microsoft Excel that comes with Office 365 or version 2019 and later.

We are using a new, password-free method for logging in to your account that does not require a password, so you don't need to reset it.

This makes it much easier for you!

To login, simply enter your email address.

We will then send you a 6-digit verification code to that email. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders in case our email ended up there.

Just enter it and click CONFIRM.

As soon as you make a successful purchase, you will be redirected to a Thank you page.

There you will find a link to DOWNLOAD all your files together with a button to download a PDF receipt of your purchase.

You will also receive an email from us to verify your purchase and another email with a button link to download your files. You will need to be logged in.

Alternatively, you can always log in to your account at any time, where you will find all of your past purchases. From there you can download your files as many time as you want. No expiration and no download limit.

All purchased files become instantly available for download upon successful payment.

1. LOGIN

• Click on the account avatar icon at the top right to login.
• Enter your email used for the purchase
• Enter the a 6-digit login code we sent at your email and click SUBMIT.

You will be redirected to YOUR ORDERS page.

2. DOWNLOAD

• Click on the MY DOWNLOADS button at the top
• All your available files from all your past orders will be listed
• Click on the DOWNLOAD button on each product
• The download will start automatically.

OR

• Click on an individual order
• You will see all the details for that specific order.
• At the top right, click on the DOWNLOAD FILES button
• This will bring up only the files purchased on that specific order.
• Click on the DOWNLOAD button

All structural CAD drawing details are created using the metric system ( mm, cm ) but they can always be used with imperial units.

All one has to do is change the dimension style.

For all digital content products sold to customers in the EU, we are obliged to apply VAT charges.

Currently, a 19% CY VAT charge will be added to all EU customers. All product prices in the shop are displayed without VAT.

No VAT charge will be applied to all other countries outside the EU.

If you have a valid VAT registration number, you can enter it at the CART page to be exempted from VAT charges.

If you are buying from the EU and have a valid VAT registration number, you can enter your VAT number at the CART page, before checkout and click on the CHECK VAT button.

We will then run a quick check via the VIES system, and if the VAT number provided is valid, any VAT charges will be removed from the checkout total.

This only applies to EU countries.
