CAD dwg drawing for a Spiral Steel Staircase Detail with a cantilevered tread step. Stairs with modular tread steps that can be rotated and/or moved on-site to match floor heights exactly.

Product includes CAD .dwg file, CAD .dxf file and PDF file formats. Fully unlocked & customizable

Complete CAD design solution

Detail includes center support column with connection details and ground floor foundation support detail.

Tread step finish is illustrated with a wooden plank 40mm thick but can be altered according to architectural design.

Modular Staircase

This is a modular design. Apart from the fixed center support CHS column, each step can be individually adjusted on-site to match the preferred height and rotation of the circular staircase.

Each step consists of a steel plate welded onto a circular ring that is adjustable around the main circular post. After rotating to the right position it can be welded onto the CHS column.

This comprehensive drawing provides a clear and detailed representation for constructing a modular circular staircase. Drawing includes, elevation and cross section view, 3D parametric view, plan view and tread step detailing.
