This is a fully parametric wall niche revit family model. It is a wall based family that can be loaded onto any thickness wall on any project to create a fitted wall niche.

The family is fully parametric controlling elevation from floor, width, height and depth. Options are available for turning on and off a middle horizontal shelf and a perimeter frame / architrave. Finish material is parametric allowing users to select any finish material for the inside of the wall niche together with the thickness of material the niche is made of. Basically, all options are parametric. Users can create any number of different family types to suit any project.

Default elevation from the finish floor level on which the family is applied to, refers to the wall cutout lower position.

All materials are also parametric.
