This is an all inclusive revit family for an interior single door. Fully parametric to create any possible variation of internal door as per any project’s needs.
Parameters include all parts of any door possibility.By tunring on and off door components and selecting variations for different parameters on this family, users can create 100s of door variations.
Materials are also parametric to create both wooden and aluminium door types.

You will not need to have another door family in your library apart from this single one.

ATTRIBUTES: Revit Version 2022, Family Type : Door Wall Based, File Extension : .rfa

PARAMETERS:
– Rough Width & Height ( wall opening – everything else is automatically calculated )
– Door Leaf Thickness & Wall Offset
– Door Frame Width and Depth with wall setback option.
– Option for architrave on either side or both sides with thickness and width parameters.
– Top and Bottom Door windows with full control on parameters like windows width and size separately
– Door can have a handle with key lock or push/pull plate handle on either side with parameters to control the handle height
– Emergency Push Bar with height parameter. Width is automatically calculated base on door width.
– Door leaf can also be raised from floor. ( i.e. for toilet cubicles )
– Door Frame stopper width parameter
– Ceiling Spring on eiter side ( push or pull mechanism )
– Floor Spring parameter
– Kick plate on either side or both with parameter controlling the height
– Material parameters for all door parts separately ( leaf, frame, architrave, ceiling and floor springs, door handle, push bar, kickplate, push and pull plate, window frame, window glass )
