Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping
All products sold on this store are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping fees apply regardless of your location.
How You'll Receive Your Files
Upon successful payment, your files are delivered digitally. You can access your downloads in two ways:
- Email: A download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Account Dashboard: If you have an account, log in and navigate to your order history to access your files at any time.
Delivery Time
Downloads are typically available immediately after your payment is confirmed. In rare cases, delivery may take up to a few minutes depending on payment processing. If you haven't received your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.
File Formats
Depending on the product purchased, files may be provided in one or more of the following formats:
- DWG / DXF — CAD drawings
- RFA — Revit families
- XLSX / XLSM — Microsoft Excel templates
- PDF — Reference or documentation files
Software Requirements
To open and use your files, you will need the appropriate software:
- DWG / DXF files: AutoCAD 2018 or later (or compatible CAD software)
- RFA files: Autodesk Revit 2022 or later
- XLSX / XLSM files: Microsoft Excel 2016 or later
- PDF files: Any PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader — free)

If your download link is not working or your files are inaccessible, please contact us at CONTACT US with your order number and we will resolve the issue promptly.
No Shipping to Physical Addresses
As all products are digital, we do not collect or require a shipping address. Orders are fulfilled globally with no geographic restrictions.
