As you may have noticed, structuraldetails.com has migrated to a brand new platform — faster, more secure, and with a cleaner design.
Our goal with this move was to offer a smoother, more enjoyable experience for our valued customers. Behind the scenes, we've made several key upgrades to enhance your time on the site, including:

Whether you're browsing through our comprehensive library of CAD drawings, REVIT families or Excel Templates, or completing your order, everything has been optimized to be more efficient and user-friendly.
If you’ve previously purchased digital files from our previous store location, don’t worry - your purchases are not lost!
How to Access Your Past Purchases
Since we do not have access to your personal details and account passwords, all customer accounts could not be transferred to the new platform.
You’ll need to follow these steps:
- Create a new account using the same email you used for your previous purchases. Our new login system is password-free, you’ll receive a 6-digit code to sign in. Remember to check your spam/junk folder in case our email ended up there.
- Contact us through the CONTACT US page, with your email and name used to place your original orders.
- We will manually restore your access by either:
- Adding your purchased files to your account so you can download these files again.
- Sending the files to you directly via email, depending on the size of the file.
